For wholesale purchases we require each of our customers to go through a customer onboarding process. Please start the process by filling out our wholesale application located here.
For shipping each week we require orders to be submitted by Monday's at 12pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders Shipping Monday's must be submitted by the Friday before at 12pm Eastern Standard Time. Prebook dates are not guaranteed. Please submit orders by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
When placing orders, we require a $1000 minimum order for any wholesale orders.
R&D Nurseries, Inc. is an ORIGIN FOB Supplier which means the purchaser is required to arrange shipments. Material becomes property of purchaser when accepted by carrier. For customers that are picking up, all orders must be scheduled with our team via email ahead of time in order for production to prepare orders. We do not accept walk-ins. All visitors must make an appointment via email.
We do not accept refunds unless approved. Claims must be presented within 24 hours of receiving goods with a photo or video of the concern.

For claims, we do not accept text message or phone calls for tracking purposes. We do not provide refunds on any prebook deposits.
Phyto Sanitary Certificates Orders that require these certificates must be submitted 7 days before shipping date. There is a $90 charge for this service.
Timelines provided are estimated and not guaranteed due to many factors. Deposits made on any pre-booked plants are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another item or used towards another plant. For any Variegated plants, we do not guarantee any certain amount of variegation. Due to constant fulfillment rotation of plants being prepared for shipment, we do not hold orders but do accommodate for special exceptions. This is decided by the R&D Nurseries team on a case by case basis.
All communication should be conducted via email for tracking purposes. We will provide updates and communication Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If you reach us after hours and we are unable to respond we will get back to you the next business day. If our team does not receive a response back from your team we cannot guarantee plant availability. We require communication in order to best support you.
There will be a 35% restocking fee for orders cancelled 4 hours after placing order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you need to cancel your order.
All claims must be sent to email@example.com within 24 hours after receiving product. There will be no exceptions.
New customers that wish to place an order must pay before pickup or credit card until terms are established.
